Welcome to the Orchard / Endon Surgery

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

For patients concerned that they may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, please do not come to the surgery.  NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances.  These can be accessed at: https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19

For more information on what you need to do during this time please visit: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus/

If you would like some more support and information about your particular condition and what you can do to help keep yourself healthy during the Covid-19 outbreak please click here.

Prescriptions: We need to make sure there is a medication supply for every patient, therefore please do NOT request extra medication. National guidance has advised patients NOT to order extra medication just in case as this will disrupt the NHS supply chain and could jeopardise future care. This also includes over the counter medication such as paracetamol.
